Return Policy Terms and Conditions: Receipt dated within 60 days of purchase of your cartridge must be presented for all cartridge returns. Only defective cartridge will be replaced at no cost to customer. No returns on Special Order items or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cartridge items. All OEM cartridges must be returned to the OEM Manufacturer. All return will be processed within 48 hrs from receiving. We will ship replacement cartridge to your address.
14-day exchange or return policy is applicable to all new and remanufacture printer equipment. Any issues with printer equipment past 14-days will be handles with our warranty process.
Our company extends a full empty toner cartridge recycling program to all our current customer. Any cartridge purchased at our Tampa store can be recycled. Please have your empties ready when our field technician arrives with the next supplies order. Alternatively, your can drop of any previously purchased empty cartridges at our main store at 1109 N. Himes Ave. We do not offer any monetary discount for turning in your empty cartridges or offer free pickup service for any non-cartridge world empties.

Minimum order for FREE Delivery and / or shipments is $75.00. A $10.00 small order fee will apply on any orders less than $75.00 (Prior taxes) for business deliveries. A $15.00 order fee will apply to any HOME deliveries / shipping costs for businesses on orders less than $75.00. Payment terms are COD-Company Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and Net 15 terms upon credit approval. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Shipping: All qualified orders are delivered 48 hours from order placement. Above credit card authorization will be used to cover any outstanding payments on invoices past due 15 days.
